  • Leveled SetupHow It Works: All Nunchucks are positioned at the same height, creating a consistent lane where ninjas swing from one to the next across the course. The distance between each Nunchuck can be adjusted from 1 to 6 feet.Difficulty Variance: A 1-2 foot gap is beginner-friendly, allowing steady swings. Intermediates tackle 3-4 feet, requiring more momentum, while advanced users face 5-6 feet, demanding precision and endurance.Benefits: Builds foundational swing technique and grip strength, offering a straightforward yet engaging challenge.
